BoxDraft is a free browser-based tool by Digitalique for exploring folding carton layouts. Enter width, height, depth and glue flap dimensions, review the cut and fold lines, then download an editable SVG. No account or payment is required.
- Enter width (15–500 mm), height (20–700 mm), depth (10–350 mm) and glue flap (5–30 mm).
- Inspect the blue cut lines and orange dashed fold lines in the live preview.
- Download the prototype SVG and open it in a vector editor to develop your artwork.

What is a box dieline?
A dieline is a flat outline showing where packaging material is cut and folded. It provides a starting point for arranging artwork before a carton is assembled.
Is BoxDraft free?
Yes. You can change dimensions and download prototype SVG files without an account or payment.
Can I send this SVG straight to a printer?
No. BoxDraft produces conceptual layouts, not production-ready cutting dies. The prototype does not calculate board thickness, folding tolerances, bleed or manufacturing allowances. Have your printer or packaging engineer validate and adapt it before production.
Does BoxDraft create production-ready straight and reverse tuck boxes?
No. The current closure options are schematic concept previews. They do not implement validated straight or reverse tuck locking structures.
